One minor point: Before considering to buy a PA I would try to tweak the receiver side of the TRX to get a noise floor as far down as possible to improve SNR. And on the audio side I would select the best filter (e.g. SCAF) down to 100 Hz, so that you can hear in a Two-Way-QRP-QSO your partner even under bad conditions.
